Our Response to COVID-19
TEAM takes the concerns of our clients, employees, business partners, government authorities and local communities very seriously and has taken concerted action to refine our emergency response plans to deal effectively with the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Balancing the health and safety of our employees, with the need to deliverour essential products and services to our clients is of the utmost importance. To that end, we implemented our Emergency Responseand Business Interruption/ Continuity plans acrossthe globe, coordinating efforts from our headquarters in the US.
Our Health,Safety and Environment (HSE) function put social distancing controls in place across our global operations to limit in-person employee interaction through remote work requirements, staggered work schedules, procedures for our employees working together, employee health screenings and work clearance procedures, travel restrictions and other proactive measures. These HSE measures enable us to continue safely conducting operations and supporting our clients.
We continue to maintain ·our manufacturing capabilities and leverage the automation investments made over the past few years, by adjusting our shift times to limit the number of employees together in the same facility.
We are in regular and close contact with our key supply partners to confirm availability of sufficient inventories of supplies to meet expected client requirements. Where that availability is uncertain, -we are evaluating alternatives.
Finally, as a critical and essential business supporting a wide-range of critical businesses we remain open for business and we are actively engagingand partnering with our clientsto support their needs.

Working From Home
Amid the spread of COVID-19, TEAM has rolled out mandatory work-from-home policies for the safety and well being of employees and communities. Many employees will be working from home for the first time, which means figuring out how to stay on task in a new environment that may not lend itself to productivity.
