At TEAM, we maintain a Quality Management System designed to implement industry best practices and assure that we comply with all customer and regulatory requirements.

Quality Policy

The TEAM Quality Policy is not just about quality processes. It outlines our goal for achieving sustained growth in our business by recognizing that growth only happens by meeting or exceeding customer expectations on every service opportunity. Management commitment to the support of quality is confirmed with clear expectations.

TEAM is a premier provider of Standard and Specialty Services related to the maintenance, inspection, and construction of mechanical and piping systems serving a wide array of industry sectors. Our goal is to achieve sustained growth by providing our customers with products and services that meet or exceed established requirements and define client expectations as to what constitutes “best in class” service.

TEAM views each service opportunity as a chance to continue building our customer’s trust and confidence and delivering the best overall value and leadership in the marketplace. We recognize that the best way to achieve this goal is through innovation and best-in-class personnel, training, equipment, technology, and technical support.

To help us meet these objectives, TEAM has implemented this Quality Management System together with its supporting documented procedures, processes, and controls. This Quality Management System is intended to ensure that TEAM embraces a robust and reliable quality program, while at the same time fostering continuous improvement in our processes, products and services, and in our workforce.

The success of this program requires teamwork, engagement, ownership and support from all of our talented employees around the world. TEAM Senior Management is committed to providing the leadership and resources necessary to meet these stated goals and appropriately empower all TEAM personnel with the responsibility and authority required to ensure that this Quality Policy is understood, endorsed, and implemented by all employees at all levels of the organization.

Our corporate Quality Management System is ISO 9001: 2015 certified through an independent registrar and contains all of the policies, procedures, and processes required to perform effectively in all phases of our operations- Service, Manufacturing, and Engineering. In addition, many of our regions have achieved ISO 14001, 18001, and 17025 certifications as well.

Our Quality Management System is also audited and recognized by these industry standards:

  • Aerospace Standard- AS-9100, rev. D
  • Nuclear Standards- 10 CFR 50 Appendix B ASME NQA-1
