Inspect360

Advanced Non-Destructive Testing

Prioritize Productivity and Pipeline Integrity

Capture High-resolution, Digital Data Without Compromising Uptime

Conventional inspection methods weren’t built for today’s high-risk, always-on environments. TEAM’s Advanced NDT solutions close that gap, delivering high-resolution, real-time insights without interrupting operations. As part of Inspect360 and the fully integrated TEAM360 platform, these techniques offer unmatched visibility into the health of your most critical infrastructure.

Using cutting-edge methods like Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), Guided Wave Testing (GWT), Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT), and Eddy Current Testing (ECT), we help operators detect early-stage damage, confirm material integrity, and stay ahead of risk with confidence. Whether you’re dealing with weld quality, wall loss, or corrosion under insulation, our certified technicians tailor every inspection to your asset, environment, and urgency—delivering data you can act on.

And because TEAM360 was designed to work as one connected ecosystem, your inspection findings don’t just sit in a report. They fuel downstream action through Repair360, Heat360, and OneInsight®, helping you prioritize repairs, lock in long-term integrity, and build a smarter asset strategy from start to finish. When failure isn’t an option and downtime isn’t acceptable, TEAM gives you clarity you can trust and solutions that move just as fast as your operations.

Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)

Pinpoint flaws with precision from every angle

PAUT improves probability of detection (POD) over conventional ultrasonics by using computer-controlled excitation to steer and shape ultrasonic beams. By adjusting beam angles and focal points, TEAM’s phased array systems can image flaws from multiple perspectives — capturing deeper detail, reducing uncertainty, and improving sizing accuracy.

This advanced method is ideal for weld inspections, corrosion detection, and structural assessments where clarity and confidence are non-negotiable. Our technicians are trained to adapt the scan to each application, ensuring complete, consistent coverage with minimal inspection time.

Guided Wave Testing (GWT)

Screen long pipe runs — fast, safe, and online

Guided Wave Testing provides rapid, full-coverage screening of metallic piping from limited access points. Ideal for insulated, buried, or elevated pipe segments, GWT sends low-frequency ultrasonic waves down the pipe wall to identify changes in cross-section associated with corrosion, erosion, and wall loss.

TEAM’s GWT process reduces inspection time and access-related costs by covering large areas from a single test location, often with minimal surface prep or insulation removal. This method is commonly used for road crossings, soil-to-air interfaces, pipe racks, and other unpiggable or service-sensitive areas.

Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT)

Capture real-time data with digital precision

Automated Ultrasonic Testing combines speed with consistency to inspect vessels, piping, and structural assets. TEAM integrates multiple technologies, including Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD), Pulse Echo, Phased Array, and advanced corrosion mapping to deliver a complete picture of material health.

AUT provides digital data in real time, allowing operators to assess asset integrity, perform fitness-for-service calculations, and compare historical trends for long-term monitoring. With reduced operator variability and faster scan times, AUT is ideal for shutdown-critical or corrosion-sensitive environments.

+
Eddy Current Testing (ECT)

Detect surface flaws before they lead to failure

Fast, non-intrusive, and highly sensitive to surface defects, Eddy Current Testing (ECT) is TEAM’s go-to method for inspecting nonferrous materials and thin-wall components. It’s ideal for critical applications like heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and aerospace systems—where early-stage damage can’t be missed.

ECT uses electromagnetic induction to detect cracks, thinning, corrosion, and conductivity changes in real time without removing coatings or paint. This minimizes prep time while delivering accurate results across flat, curved, or irregular surfaces. TEAM technicians tailor each inspection to the asset, adjusting probe type and frequency to maximize precision. The result? High-speed flaw detection that informs smarter maintenance and extends asset life without interrupting operations.
