Pressure safety valves are designed to protect process piping and equipment in case of an overpressure event. TEAM Valve Solutions inspects, tests, repairs and re-certifies safety valves at 17 service centers across three continents, and in our fleet of mobile facilities, all of which are audited under the jurisdiction of relevant governing bodies.

Our solutions cover all major safety valve brands and support our customers through an inventory of spare parts and loose-assembled valves. In addition, our facilities are audited and governed by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. Testing, repair, and assembly are performed under license and guidelines of NBIC, and ASME Section I and VIII.

To ensure accurate in-line setpoint verification, TEAM Valve Solutions utilizes Trevitest, the pioneering system for validating safety valve performance in Conventional and Nuclear Power plants, as well as in other industrial process facilities.

Engineer Servicing Valve

Trevitest™ Valve Testing

A critical component in maintaining plant productivity, safety and profitability is to ensure that every valve is operating at peak efficiency while meeting relevant safety requirements. With the Trevitest™ system, TEAM has the ability to test relief valves and identify those in need of adjustment or full service with no operational interruptions. This technology gives you the means to accurately test every valve, performed in place, on line and under normal operating conditions. The result is a certifiable test allowing correctly performing valves to remain in service for longer periods, as well as fully documenting valves that do not meet the correct performance criteria by our experienced personnel so that they can be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

Advantages:

  • Eliminate or significantly reduce modifications to expensive pipe work
  • Provide total valve inspection, machining, welding, repair, repacking, testing and documentation
  • Perform all repairs according to applicable certifications and industry standards

Repair

Line and Block Valves

Through non-intrusive inline isolation, TEAM helps operators repair and replace failed in-line and block valves to mitigate risks while minimizing downtime, environmental impact, and potential product loss.

Safety Valves

Repairs to safety and pressure relief valves are performed at TEAM locations, which are audited and governed by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, as jurisdictorate of the ASME. All repairs are performed to the guidelines established by NBIC and per their applications to ASME Sect. I and VIII of the ASME Construction Codes.

Actuation and Control Valves

Whether it is a gate, globe, check, ball, or butterfly valve, or a mounted AOV or MOV actuator that is in need of repair or replacement, TEAM can provide the necessary equipment and technical expertise 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that can return your valve to its original working condition.

Assembly

Our Quality Assurance program provides for the complete overhaul of the control valve, actuator and instrumentation. All assemblies are fully disassembled, inspected, cleaned, soft goods replaced, reassembled, painted and tested to meet ANSI and FCI standards.
