Emission standards set specific limits to the amount of pollutants that can be released into the environment. A significant amount of work can go into complying with governmental emission standards —equipment inventory, monitoring, repairing, record keeping, and reporting.

TEAM provides LDAR services for hundreds of customers and maintains millions of records to document compliance. We were the very first company to perform Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) inspection and have gained valuable insight and pushed technological advancements over the years. We evaluate each client’s emissions control efforts and offer the tailored guidance and services necessary to streamline the needed LDAR processes and management.

Digital Solutions

Our digital platform turns slow paper-driven processes into streamlined, fully-automated and fully transparent operations. TEAM’s proprietary “M21 Reporter” software is one of our most important software tools to manage the productivity of the LDAR technicians and examine the quality of the monitoring data uploaded daily.  The information gathered from this report, along with the Field Assessments, will determine the overall compliance of the monitoring performed by technicians. Monitoring data is analyzed for monitoring time compliance and irregular data patterns that may be indicative of a field issue.

Team’s LDAR Compliance Assurance Ticket Tracker (L-CATT)

TEAM has developed a compliance tracking tool designed to provide automated daily alerts if issues are identified with the data collected.  The automated alerts are sent via e-mail to the LDAR Supervisor and Data Administrator, so the issues can be verified and corrected, or information provided to verify the data collected complies.  This system provides the client with complete assurance that key compliance and quality issues that are tracked by EPA and 3rd party LDAR auditors are immediately identified, corrected if necessary, verified, and maintained for historical reference.
